This page explains how users of the Corex application can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data, in compliance with Google Play policies.
Requesting Permanent Account Deletion
Corex allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
Once processed, the account and its associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
- Send an email to manideepnera@gmail.com
- Use the subject line “Corex Account Deletion Request”
- Include the registered email address and campus roll number associated with your Corex account.
Requests are verified before processing to prevent unauthorized account deletion.
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- User account information (full name, email, campus roll number)
- Profile details and account preferences
- User-generated content such as posts and messages
- Authentication credentials and related account data
- Application usage data linked directly to the account
Data That May Be Retained Temporarily
- Minimal technical logs required for fraud prevention, security monitoring, or legal compliance
- Backup copies retained for a limited retention period before automatic permanent deletion
Processing & Retention Timeline
- Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
- Any retained backup data is permanently deleted within 30 days after account deletion
